Cool lil gadget included with oil pan gasket

Had to drop the pan and rear crank bearing to do this rear main seal, and look what came in the kit:

Maybe I am late to the party but this was my first time seeing these.  Screw em in, pop the pan gasket over, then slide the pan up and everything is in place.  Put in the other bolts, unscrew these, pop in last 4 bolts and you are done.

wish those came in every kit!
